Delaware - Replacement SNAP benefits available for food lost in August 20 storm
Delaware SNAP households that lost food purchased with SNAP benefits because of the August 20, 2026 storm may request replacement benefits. Households must report the food loss and submit Form 324 by August 31, 2026; eligible households may receive replacement benefits up to the amount of their monthly SNAP benefit.
