New York - New York ABAWD work rules take effect outside Saratoga County

New York OTDA says ABAWDs in all areas of the state except Saratoga County must start meeting ABAWD work rules beginning March 1, 2026. ABAWDs generally must meet work rules to receive SNAP for more than three months in a three-year period.
