- Call the phone number printed on the back of your EBT card.
- Use official state agency pages for eligibility, recertification, and case notices.
- Do not enter your PIN after following an unfamiliar link from a text, email, ad, or social post.
- Change your PIN through official tools if you think your card information was exposed.
